That is because we go out of our way to ensure all products sold are built to last and work well. However, we do understand that in some cases, a product is not what you expected it to be. In this unlikely case, we encourage you to review our conditions regarding returning a product.

Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt for a cash, or cash equivalent refund. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 10%.  In the case of a defective product, Susquehanna Truck Service Inc. reserves the right to replace the product before giving a cash or cash equivalent refund. If you are not satisfied with the product, Susquehanna Truck Service Inc. will cover all return shipping costs. Please note the following:
